A slurry RFQ should state solids concentration, particle distribution, flow velocity and settling behavior. Valve bore and sealing surfaces must be considered against blockage and wear risks.
Knife-gate and lined valve designs can be considered, but no valve family is suitable for every slurry. Specify shut-off direction, differential pressure and maintenance access.
For outdoor Kazakhstan installations specify minimum ambient temperature, enclosure and air-supply conditions. Heating, protection and hazardous-area requirements are confirmed for the selected equipment.
