Reading a valve nameplate for a replacement RFQ

Clear photographs and operating data help identify a replacement without guessing.

Send specification

Photograph the nameplate, body markings and connections. Include DN, PN or Class, material marking, flow arrow and model designation where visible.

A nameplate alone may not confirm seat material, temperature suitability or flange compatibility. Provide the service medium, normal and maximum conditions, and a dimensional drawing where possible.

Send the photos in WhatsApp together with quantity and delivery city. We use them for initial identification and request missing technical information before quoting.

Questions & answers

What should an RFQ include?

Valve type, DN, PN or Class, medium, temperature, materials, connection, actuation and quantity. A drawing or nameplate photo helps check compatibility.

Can you select a replacement?

We compare pressure-temperature ratings, face-to-face dimensions, flange drilling and materials. A shared DN alone does not establish interchangeability.

Are documents and certification available?

Certificates and compliance documents depend on the selected product and project requirements. Contact us for confirmation.

How are delivery and price agreed?

The quotation confirms the selected configuration, quantities, documentation, price and delivery terms. No stock or lead time is assumed before confirmation.
