Size the actuator using confirmed valve torque at the design differential pressure. Breakaway, running and seating torques and an agreed safety margin are required.
State minimum and maximum air pressure, ambient temperature, cycle frequency and loss-of-supply action. For spring return check spring and air torque throughout the stroke.
Agree ISO 5211/NAMUR interfaces, stem dimensions, solenoid, limit switches and positioner. IP ratings, hazardous-area approvals and certificates are confirmed separately—not assumed from a series name.
